Return Policy
Most products are custom built to order. Because of this, returns are limited.
Standard Products
If you purchased a standard stocked item:
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging.
- A restocking fee may apply.
Custom & Built-to-Order Items
Custom switchboards, panelboards, and engineered equipment are non-returnable once production has started.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 5 days of receipt.
- Provide photos and your order number.
We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of confirmation. Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method.
How to Return
To begin a return:
- Email sales@deipower.com with your order number and issue.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible.
